Karl Rexer moderated the "Churn Modeling" track at the San Francisco Predictive Analytics World (PAW) conference. The track included speakers from 7 companies (including Microsoft, LinkedIn, and Paychex) all providing case studies of their use of predictive modeling to identify at-risk customers and their solutions for improving customer retention. Karl Rexer and Beyond the Arc CEO, Steven Ramirez, also presented and held a Q&A session about predictive analytics best practices.
